Arjun Paul is the CEO and Co-Founder of Zoko, a company based in Bengaluru, India, that simplifies sales, marketing, and customer support for e-commerce merchants using WhatsApp. Since its inception in 2020, Zoko has been enhancing the way online merchants engage with their customers. 

Before founding Zoko, Arjun worked at Convocomm Software Private Limited, developing SaaS products for conversational commerce marketing. He also gained international experience as a Global Product Manager at Hilti Group in Switzerland.
